[Kougaiji]

Kougaiji glanced at Zakuro for a moment then he looked to Lirin and smiled.
"It's not important anyway... Not right now anyway... I think we just need a break for a bit. I'll worry about it later."
He placed a hand on her head smiling at her.

[Lirin]

Aww how come you guys never tell me any of the important stuff?? *Lirin pouted for all of three seconds before chomping down on a piece of what looked like bread soaked in honey, smiling and shaking her head side to side.* So can we have dessert after this too? Like cake! Lots and lots of cake! And I guess he can have some too. *The words were obviously directed at the man who'd seated himself at their table.*

[Gyoukumen Koushu]

Time had once again passed and the scheming self proclaimed queen was once more indulging in the thoughts of how to make Kougaiji's life a living misery. After him taking MORE coin from her empire she had decided it was time to make a 'bill'. Having spent hours upon hours writing out every expense he had made, checking her records and confirming how much he truly owed her in profit she had made quite the list. It was now time for the queen to leave her home and head out into the world she despised so much.

"I want my best assassin's to watch the perimeter around me as I travel, make sure they are never seen...or it will be your head."

She spoke in a cold tone towards her accountant as he hurriedly ran out the door to give his orders. She sat lazily at first on her throne, trailing a long sharp nail along the side of the scroll which was in fact Kougaiji's bill. A grin crossed her lips as she spoke quietly to herself.

"How to make him repay me...Hmm..I have an idea, it gets him that little bit closer to Sanzo and for him to finish his damn job.."

Pushing herself off the throne the delicate woman practically glided in her step as she marched out of her room and headed straight for the exit. Four fully armored and armed men, carrying a cross bow each and a single sword, would surround her as she walked with them. A young yokai woman would run up to her holding a large fur cloak which billowed up around koushu's neck keeping her rather snug and warm. Koushu now armed in style would begin her journey.

"What is the information of where Kougaiji was sighted last?"

One of the guards would speak without hesitation in response to her question.

"Inside an inn in a nearby township M'lady. He was seen with Lirin..oh course stuffing her face. And a purple haired man who seemed...um well"

Koushu would wave a hand up into the air and speak in a harsh commanding tone as she glanced at the guard who hesitated to speak about the purple haired man.

"Spit it out you fool."

He sighed and continued speaking.

"He seemed deranged, a few screws loose if you know what I am saying M'lady"

Koushu simply sighed, she couldn't be bothered worrying about the deranged purple haired man, her repayments were more important in the time being.

With the help of magic and pure Yokai capabilities of speed and endurance they wouldn't take long to reach the city that Kougaiji and Lirin were in, no doubt lirin was still holding them up stuffing her face full of wonderful treats at Koushu's expense of gold. At first the guards would venture inside knocking the door open with a heavy THUD, stepping aside of the door and the light billowing inside would at first blur her visage, the figure of a cloaked person slowly stepping inside until the light had spread across her back and the dim appearance of Koushu became clear. Her eyes darting around the room to spot the red haired rabbit prince and her charmingly crude and vulgar nature daughter stuffing her face of course.

"About time I caught up with you my darlings...I have something for you"

Without giving them a chance to speak her arm was held out with the scroll in hand, she released a portion of her grip and the length began to slide down to the floor, it bounced and rolled until it finally stopped tapping against kougaiji's feet..from door..to table. Oh yes..it was quite the list indeed.

"I believe the debt collector wants repayments..care to explain my dear?"

[Kougaiji]

Kougaiji looked down at the unravelled list and he felt his eyebrow quirk up before looking at Koushu.
'Crap... guess she caught on.' The mental thought not leaving him much room to improvise an excuse.
"Expenses for accomodation for four, ingedients for Yaone's potions, food, and travel we can't just starve the flying dragons you know. I don't know about you but I'm not one for camping out at every town we follow the Sanzo party through... You don't seem the type to want to fund this little venture to get Sanzo's scripture. So I merely borrowed what I needed when the time came round to it."

[Lirin]

Grrr! Why did you have to come and ruin our lunch? *Lirin grumbled, tempted to lob the largest of the foods at the bitchy woman, but it was much too valuable for that. Instead, she turned her head to the side, deciding to snubb the woman after her antagonistic outburst.*

Hey nii-chan, what's "debt?" Is it anything like those things that grow on trees, that're small and dark and sticky but taste good when Yaone-chan cooks them?
